NEATEC presents a FREE two-day workshop for college students interested in advanced manufacturing, with particular emphasis in applications and techniques for the Semiconductor and Nanotechnology manufacturing industries.
The program is designed for 2-year and/or 4-year college students participating in a technology program. Recent graduates from technology programs are also encouraged to apply
This workshop will focus on the proper and safe application of basic hand tools used in assembly in a manufacturing environment. The students will learn about the many types of bolts, wrenches and other fittings commonly used in industry, and how to properly apply them. The course teaches power tools from basic to more sophisticated tools, including c-clamps, vises, and pliers, torque wrenches and power tools.
